RETURN POLICY

TO AVOID UNPLEASANT DELAYS AND USELESS CORRESPONDENCE PLEASE OBSERVE THE FOLLOWING FIXED RULES, REGULATIONS AND GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

Return Policy:
If the bag you receive is not what you wanted, ship it back to us in new and unused condition for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the bag (shipping and return shipping is not included in refunds). If the bag is soiled or used we will either discount the refund price or return the bag to you.
 
Regarding customized bags:
If you customize a bag but decide you don't want it, you can still return it. We will refund the purchase price of the bag itself but not the price of the customizations. We do this because the bag cannot be resold as a first and will have to be discounted.
