Refund policy

Return Policy:
If the bag you receive is not what you wanted, ship it back to us within 30 days of purchase and in new and unused condition with tags attached for an exchange or refund. Refunds will be for the purchase price of the bag (shipping and return shipping is not included in refunds or exchanges). If the bag is soiled or used we will either discount the refund price or return the bag to you. Return domestic shipping is $15 per bag.


Regarding customized bags:
If you customize a bag but decide you don't want it, you can still return it. We will refund the purchase price of the bag itself but not the price of the customizations. We do this because the bag cannot be resold as a first and will have to be discounted.


Repairs:
If your BaileyWorks bag is in need of a touch up, chances are we can fix it.  Mending, replacing broken buckles, etc. most things can be repaired. The cost is $1 per minute plus $20 for return shipping.  Send the clean and empty bag to us using the return form below. Please email us images and notes of what you would like completed first before shipping, we want to make sure it can be repaired before you post it!
We will also work on non Bailey bags as long as they are out of the original makers warranty, all information above is also applicable for these bags.
